MaxxCity Realty is a new real estate brokerage in South Florida, launched by an experienced industry leader with a vision to combine luxury service with local expertise. Starting from the ground up, the brand needed both a strong visual identity and a high-performing website to reach residential, commercial, and property management clients.
I developed two distinct branding directions before finalizing a sleek, modern identity that balanced sophistication with approachability. The color palette, typography, and imagery were chosen to resonate with South Florida’s high-end market while still appealing to everyday buyers and sellers.
The WordPress site features dedicated sections for residential real estate, commercial real estate, and property management, along with a blog, about page, MLS listings integration, and a partners page. Clear calls to action, SEO-friendly structure, and a responsive design ensure the site looks and works flawlessly across all devices.
