I had come to think of websites the same way I think of a business card: necessary, but boring. In the legal profession, all websites were more or less the same, except when they were different, which usually made them obnoxious. Randall changed my mind, and in a very surprising way. Randall came and visited our office. He brought only a pen and pad. He looked around our office. He listened as my partner and I spoke for a few minutes describing our legal practice.
He asked a little about what we liked and didn't like about law firm websites. Every now and then Randall wrote something down in his notebook. After no more than 30 minutes he thanked us and left. Randall's designs truly are unique, and perfectly matched to his client's business. In fact, I was so excited about the design that I immediately asked him to prepare a brochure for our firm as well.
