The idea: Create an engaging map for tourists and locals alike for The Alliance of San Juan Art. The map includes locations of artworks on public display in San Juan Capistrano, thumbnails of the art, short descriptions, and address - plus QR codes that open up photos of the art, descriptions, and artist profiles right on your smartphone! There is also a full flipbook catalog available as a link from the map as well. The map can be found at the information kiosk by the train tracks and other places throughout San Juan Capistrano. TASJA sponsors and underwrites “Fast Train to Capistrano" for ten performances by the Round About Players. Book layout - "Who Was Junipero Serra?" Is a booklet of images taken from the original studies created for tile panels located in the Serra Plaza. The studies were donated to TASJA by Louisa Cooper who did the research for the narratives that accompany each of the panels.
